Engelsk beskrivning om dig själv: The research project aims to analyze Swedish constitutional emergency legislation in relation to European legal obligations regarding the management of emergencies — both in terms of the exercise of power and the restriction of freedoms and rights.

The project is being carried out within the framework of an project between Uppsala University and the Swedish Defense University, funded by the Swedish Civil Contingencies Agency (MSB).
