About your course literature

The library usually buys some physical copies of course literature that are mandatory on the university's programmes. Please note that course literature for the Officer Programme (OP) and the Higher Officer Programme (HOP) can be borrowed through separate learning material centres (LMC).

• If the book is not available as a printed copy for loan, it is often available as an e-book.
• The library strives to purchase the course literature as e-books. Then more students will have access to the books.
• The loan period for physical literature is usually 28 days.
• For course literature for the civilian programs, 10-day loans apply.
• If all copies are on loan, you can join the queue, i.e. reserve the book. To be able to make a reservation, you must be logged in to My loans.
• The course literature for the High Officer Programme in the Teaching Materials Centre (LMC) can be borrowed for 180 days by HOP students only.
• The course literature for the Officer Programme at Karlberg can be borrowed for 70 days + 1 re-loan (28 days) by OP students only.
